Most Long Island venues will not put a number on their own website. Of the 56 venues here, only a handful print one. Fox Hollow in Woodbury prints its 22% facility fee. Watermill in Smithtown prints $13,000 for 100 guests in January or February 2027. Sparkling Pointe prints a seasonal rental grid from $3,000 to $16,000, more on holiday weekends, and Salt Air Farm prints flat fees by guest tier. Most of the rest sit behind a request form, and Jericho Terrace keeps its 2026 pricing guide behind a lead form.
So every page in the venue directory carries a labeled price row. A figure read off the venue's own site is marked first party. A figure from The Knot, WeddingWire, Zola or Wedding Spot is marked marketplace, with the site named, because those numbers go stale and often contradict each other. The Inn at New Hyde Park is a fair example. WeddingWire shows $120 to $130 per person and Zola shows $135 to $165. Wedding Spot shows $140 for an off peak Saturday. We print all three and we do not average them.
